Traditional Swedish Massage is the kind with which most Americans are familiar.  Using a massage table and oil or lotion, I combine basic strokes with techniques from 26 years of practice and from modalities like neuromuscular and myofascial release, customizing the massage to meet your body’s specific needs.  I can provide light or deep work.

Reflexology is foot massage that is healing for the entire body.  It is usually 30 minutes, or it can be incorporated  into your massage.  Just ask! Ticklish?  We can work on reflex points on your hands instead.

RaindropTherapy incorporates essential oils and aromatherapy into a Swedish massage, for a very healing combination.  The oils are known to have antiviral, antibiotic, and antifungal properties, stimulate your circulatory and immune systems, soothe painful joints and muscles, and enhance deep breathing.  This treatment costs $25.00 extra, due to the essential oils.

Barefoot Shiatsu is a Japanese massage done on a mat with you in comfortable clothes.  Working with the energy lines and points of the body, I use my hands and my feet to massage you, unblock stagnant energy, and harmonize the systems of your body.  Shiatsu is relaxing, but provides more alertness afterward than Swedish Massage.

Reiki and Sat Nam Rasayan are not massage, but are forms of energy work, and provide healing for mind, body, and spirit.  You can have a session of entirely energy work, or can ask in advance to set aside a portion of your massage for energy work.

Energy work can also be provided remotely!  Let me send you Reiki while you are in the comfort of your own home! Long distance healing sessions are available over Zoom for one hour for $150.  For the distance healing, we’ll get you into a relaxed state with a combo of guided meditation and sending healing energy.

Tailored for your specific needs.  You start with an initial interview consultation, usually by phone, in which we determine your goals for your yoga.  What changes would you like to see mentally?  Physically?  Emotionally?  Spiritually?  Kundalini Yoga can address all of these areas.  Then we get together for about two hours and I teach you breathing, yoga, and meditation and give you papers to take home outlining the yoga and other suggestions that may help you. — $275
